Major career move for an enthusiastic and capable PASTRY CHEFThis is a busy 100 seater fish restaurant. We have known the owner and chef for years. The owner has run a successful fish restaurant before and the chef has worked at a number of top quality restaurants and hotels.They have 2AA Rosettes but the brigade at full strength is 15 making it in line with many 3AA Rosette and Michelin Starred RestaurantsThis is a live out position with a package of around £23.5k. You will work 9 shifts per week with Sunday evening and Mondays always off.The totally new kitchen won a Catey award last year. So this is a job working with the best people and environment producing progressive food in one of the most breathtaking parts of the country.The restaurant is near to the coast and the Hampshire borders.The succesful PASTRY CHEF will have proven experience at least to 2AA Rosette standard and preferably 3.
